It's time to relive the 90's

I've been hearing a lot of Ace of Base as of late. As the 00's come to an end, it does actually make sense. There's a rather embarrassing video of myself and 3 friends at the tender age of 8 bouncing around my brother's room and belting the lyrics to this song, but I don't think I had ever even thought about the lyrics until just now. In any case, this is the kind of video I am surprised even exists. It's more along the lines of a video that you'd expect to see while you karaoke super drunk in Chinatown. In any event, without much further ado, please enjoy the tunes of some sweet Swedes.

paper cut outs

slight disconnect between what the combination of words 'middle east' and 'blood' might conjure up and the feelings this gentle eulogy will actually elicit. pretty offsetting/pretty listen.

In the discotheque

This is so honest, and full of good intentions. If people listened to more of this shit the world would be a better place. And there's so much confidence.

HOLY SHITS X2

As soon as I remembered this video, I had to share immediately. I saw it first in a conversation that involved a practice where Jamaican dudes were banging their girlfriends so hard they broke their dicks. You can't do that, actually, but they were definitely going to the hospital. I gotta give props to MIA (I know, I know) for introducing Switch and Diplo of Major Lazer to one another.

Watch and freak the fuck out.
